Cancellation Policy: I acknowledge and understand the Alpenglow Esthetics cancellation policy: At 48 hours notice, I will receive a reminder text for my appointment. Should I no longer be able to keep my commitment, it is at this time (or prior to this time) that I must request a cancellation or reschedule my appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests that occur in less than 48 hours will be subject to a penalty fee of 50% of the cost of service. Cancellations or reschedule requests that occur in less than 24 hours will be charged the full price of the service. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. The full service fee will still apply.
